Prophet Shith

Successor to Adam

Shith (Seth) was the son of Adam, born after the death of Habil (Abel). He was granted prophethood and received 50 scriptures (suhuf) from Allah. He continued his father's mission of guiding humanity in the worship of Allah alone and teaching them the foundations of righteous living.

Continuation of Guidance

After Adam passed away, Shith took on the responsibility of leading humanity. He taught them the laws revealed to Adam and the additional guidance contained in the scriptures he received. He is considered a crucial link in the chain of prophethood, preserving monotheism after Adam.

Legacy

Shith lived during a time when humanity was still largely guided. The corruption and deviation from monotheism that later prophets would contend with had not yet taken root. His role was foundational — maintaining the pure worship of Allah that Adam had established.
